It has been medically proven that tranquilized pets have proven to be the leading cause of injury, illness or death during pet shipments. Back to TopWill the weather effect the transport of my pet ... ?The Animal Welfare Act defines temperature restrictions for both heat and cold, in which all pet shippers and air carriers must abide by. Some flights will be restricted when the temperature is at one extreme (-20) or the other (+85); occasionally whole airports will have an embargo prohibiting the shipment of all animals. If your pet's flight is delayed or cancelled the air carrier will notify us immediately. We will then provide your animal with boarding until the next available flight.
