Starting the Process

  • During the initial contact, whether by the Quick Quote Form, Email, Phone or Fax, we will discuss the specifics of transporting your pet the quickest and safest way possible.
  • AARK Air will then complete the following travel arrangements within the United States and Canada, or Internationally for your convenience:
  • Professional Planning and Consultation.
  • Pre-arrange the most direct flight possible.
  • Insure that all Domestic or International requirements are met… including all Import permits.
  • Review Health Certificates.
  • Overnight boarding accommodations (if required).
  • Provide client with assembled, USDA approved travel kennel (if requested).
  • Have pet picked up at requested residence and delivered to Airport.
  • Arrange for Customs Clearance (if required).
  • Have our Domestic or International Associates pickup your pet at destination airport and deliver to specified location.
  • Arrange for boarding or quarantine of pet prior to transportation or after arrival.
